3. Terms for Employers and Recruiters (Listing Submission)

By submitting a job listing to ZA Insurance Services, you agree to the following:

• Content Responsibility: You are fully responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, and completeness of the job posting you submit. The content must comply with all applicable laws, including labour and anti-discrimination laws.

• Legitimate Opportunities Only: All submitted listings must represent genuine, currently available job opportunities within the insurance sector. We reserve the right to remove any listing that appears misleading, fraudulent, or non-compliant.

• External Application Link: You must provide a valid, working external link for job seekers to complete their application.

• Right to Refuse/Remove: ZA Insurance Services reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to post or immediately remove any job listing without prior notice or refund if it violates these Terms, is deemed inappropriate, or harms our reputation.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZA Insurance Services against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your listing, application process, or hiring practices.
